What is really important in life? And on an ordinary day, how much attention do we have for the things that truly matter?

Bronnie Ware* asked people in the final stage of life what their biggest regrets were or anything they would have done differently:

1) “I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

2) “I wish I hadn't worked so hard.”

3) “I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.”

4) “I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.”

5) “I wish I had let myself be happier.”

So if you feel unhappy, stuck and somehow disconnected, and there’s a voice in your head that keeps saying you have to do something about it, that voice might be right.

As Bronnie Ware mentioned: “Never underestimate someones capacity for growth.”

Coaching

I work with individuals facing health challenges, those living with chronic illness, or those recovering from a significant medical period.

My coaching is for those who decide to prioritize themselves and their health, rather than continuing on autopilot. It is for people who recognize patterns that no longer serve them, or who struggle with existential questions about meaning and identity: "What truly matters when I turn down the noise of daily life?"

I act as a dedicated partner for concrete questions such as: "How do I take better care of myself?", "How can I better manage tension and stress?", "How do I deal with the pressure to perform and perfectionism?", and "How do I navigate challenges involving collaboration and conflict?"

Our conversations are grounded in equality, honesty, and deep attention to your story. I am here to bring calm and structure to your thoughts and to listen to what is truly important to you. These sessions help increase self-awareness, allow you to connect with your feelings, and lead to insights and tangible changes in your daily life. I utilize evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.

Experience shows that it takes approximately five sessions to move from insight to actual change in your daily life. For this reason, I prefer to work in focused trajectories; this allows us to monitor progress together and ensure that the questions you came with are truly addressed. A trajectory begins with an introductory intake (free of charge). Sessions take place at Oohm, in Vogelenzang. Please note that coaching is not covered by health insurance. Professionals may be able to arrange reimbursement through their employer. Self-funding? Let’s connect to see what we can make work for you.
